Getting to the Opening Ceremonies
Parking will be limited and will first-come, first-serve. Spectators are encouraged to consider alternative transportation options such as carpooling, biking, rideshares or local taxis.
Limited parking will be available at Archbishop Jordan Catholic High School (ABJ) and Emerald Hills Leisure Centre.

What is the refund policy?
All daily and weekend passes are non-refundable. Opening ceremony tickets may be refunded only in the event of weather-related cancellations.
What seating options are available for opening ceremonies?
General admission tickets will be available for the opening ceremonies. This will give ticket holders access to bleacher seating. In the event general admissions tickets sell out berm seating ticket sales will be made available. Berm seating gives ticket holders access to grass seating, bring a picnic blanket!
What items are not permitted at the venues?
Indoor venues

- Excessively loud noisemakers (including megaphones)
Indoor venues may have additional facility-specific rules. Guests are expected to follow posted signage and staff direction.

What happens if my wristband breaks or is damaged?
If your wristband breaks, it can be replaced at an admission booth. You must present your venue admission ticket to receive a replacement wristband.
