Frequently asked questions

What is the refund policy?

All daily and weekend passes are non-refundable. Opening ceremony tickets may be refunded only in the event of weather-related cancellations. 

What items are not permitted at the venues?

Indoor venues

  • Pets (service animals are permitted) 
  • Alcohol 
  • Excessively loud noisemakers (including megaphones) 

Indoor venues may have additional facility-specific rules. Guests are expected to follow posted signage and staff direction.

Outdoor venues

  • Alcohol
  • Pop-up tents 
  • Portable umbrellas wider than 4 feet 
  • Portable speakers 
  • Excessively loud noisemakers (including megaphones) 
  • Large or multi-seat folding chairs 

What happens if my wristband breaks or is damaged?

If your wristband breaks, it can be replaced at an admission booth. You must present your venue admission ticket to receive a replacement wristband.
